Harrison Tackle Company

Harrison Tackle Company has been selling Panther Martin lures in Canada for over 60 years. Since 1958, over 126,000,000 Panther Martin lures have been sold in the United States, not including Panther Martins sold in Europe, Asia and Canada.

Growing from a small start-up in 1958 with minimal colours and body styles, Panther Martin lures have grown in both variety and popularity year after year in North America. Panther Martin lures are particularly well known for their effectiveness in consistently catching trout, but in fact, Panther Martin’s have proven to catch a wide variety of freshwater gamefish including salmon, steelhead, bass, pike, pickerel, muskie, perch and many other species.

Today, Panther Martin is known as one of the world's best spinning lures. It is the original in-line spinner. Its original unique design features a Convex/Concave blade mounted on the wire shaft which passes through the blade and body and attaches directly to the hook. This design creates maximum flash, vibration and water flow.

Harrison Tackle Company is pleased to announce that Panther Martin Swivel lures have been introduced to Canadian fishing tackle dealers at the Big Rock Sports Outdoor Expo in Etobicoke, Ontario in December 2024. Panther Martin Swivel Lures are one example of our ongoing commitment to innovation and the evolution of Panther Martin lures. Our intention has been, is and always will be, to provide truly effective fish catching lures to Canadians and visitors to Canada.
