- Panther Martin reserves the right to change product prices and shipping fees at any time without notice.
- Risk of Loss: All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to the purchaser once the items are delivered to the shipping carrier.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms. All remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
